“Coming into the program I was feeling low on energy, my sleep was very disrupted and I was overwhelmed with stress. I lacked confidence and strength in my body, felt overweight and experienced consistent pain in my joints. My motivation and drive was lacking at times, and I would often get sick and run down. I had ongoing issues in my relationship that caused a lot of stress combined with the challenge of raising two kids with special needs.
The main thing holding me back from coaching was a false belief that I didn’t have the time to dedicate to myself and the tendency to always put other people first. I’d also been doing some self development work on my own for a while, and wasn’t sure if I was ready for a coach (or if I needed one).
My main reservation was around the group coaching component and how that would go being a fairly private person. Also the time and energy commitment required to get the best results, and if it would all be worth it. Ultimately, I knew that I needed help and was looking for answers, then a close friend I reconnected with shared with me how transformative the blueprint program had been for him, so that gave me real confidence to give it a go.
My biggest learnings were how to build new healthy habits and stick with them, how every part of your body-mindis connected and to see growth you need to address all areas. And an understanding of the nervous system and how I can regulate it to deal with stress, have more energy and perform better e.g. breathwork
Since doing the program, my energy levels are much higher consistently. I've dealt with the most stressful period of my life without feeling overwhelmed all the time. My sleep is much more consistent, deep and restful (and I am not snoring anymore), and I’ve noticed a real increase in my sex drive.
My body has changed a lot, I’ve lost 10kg and kept it off (something I’ve tried for 10+ years to do), I feel more confident in it and I am much stronger, mobile and able to enjoy sports and activities with the kids. Mentally I feel a lot stronger and more resilient, my mood is more stable and an more present and focused with the kids
I’ve decreased my risk of illness/disease through the healthy lifestyle I am now living, the chronic joint pain has gone, and I’ve noticed improvements in my digestion, skin and complexion (especially around my eyes and face).
I’ve rebuilt my self confidence and feel much more comfortable with who I am and where I am at. I’ve also been able to effectively navigate the separation from my wife in a mature and connected way where we are on very good terms and the friendship remains. And my relationships with staff and clients in my business are all a lot stronger as well.
Luke is great at creating an environment where you are comfortable to share anything. He is also good at keeping you accountable and called us out when we weren't putting in the required effort.
I wasn’t sure if the group format would work for me, but I feel fortunate I did it, I feel like we had more than enough time to get personal attention on what we were working on, and it was valuable to hear the different perspectives and shared experiences of others.
I couldn’t have done all of this on my own. I had been dabbling in various areas of Health/Self Development for a while, but I’d reached a roadblock to how far I could go myself.
I would recommend this program to any Man who is willing to put in the work and make changes.
The Blueprint program completely changed the way I look at my health and gave me the tools to create lasting and effective change.
