“Coming into the program I was feeling low on energy, my sleep was very disrupted and I was overwhelmed with stress. I lacked confidence and strength in my body, felt overweight and experienced consistent pain in my joints. My motivation and drive was lacking at times, and I would often get sick and run down. I had ongoing issues in my relationship that caused a lot of stress combined with the challenge of raising two kids with special needs.

The main thing holding me back from coaching was a false belief that I didn’t have the time to dedicate to myself and the tendency to always put other people first. I’d also been doing some self development work on my own for a while, and wasn’t sure if I was ready for a coach (or if I needed one).

My main reservation was around the group coaching component and how that would go being a fairly private person. Also the time and energy commitment required to get the best results, and if it would all be worth it. Ultimately, I knew that I needed help and was looking for answers, then a close friend I reconnected with shared with me how transformative the blueprint program had been for him, so that gave me real confidence to give it a go.

My biggest learnings were how to build new healthy habits and stick with them, how every part of your body-mindis connected and to see growth you need to address all areas. And an understanding of the nervous system and how I can regulate it to deal with stress, have more energy and perform better e.g. breathwork

Since doing the program, my energy levels are much higher consistently. I've dealt with the most stressful period of my life without feeling overwhelmed all the time. My sleep is much more consistent, deep and restful (and I am not snoring anymore), and I’ve noticed a real increase in my sex drive.

My body has changed a lot, I’ve lost 10kg and kept it off (something I’ve tried for 10+ years to do), I feel more confident in it and I am much stronger, mobile and able to enjoy sports and activities with the kids. Mentally I feel a lot stronger and more resilient, my mood is more stable and an more present and focused with the kids

I’ve decreased my risk of illness/disease through the healthy lifestyle I am now living, the chronic joint pain has gone, and I’ve noticed improvements in my digestion, skin and complexion (especially around my eyes and face).

I’ve rebuilt my self confidence and feel much more comfortable with who I am and where I am at. I’ve also been able to effectively navigate the separation from my wife in a mature and connected way where we are on very good terms and the friendship remains. And my relationships with staff and clients in my business are all a lot stronger as well.

Luke is great at creating an environment where you are comfortable to share anything. He is also good at keeping you accountable and called us out when we weren't putting in the required effort.

I wasn’t sure if the group format would work for me, but I feel fortunate I did it, I feel like we had more than enough time to get personal attention on what we were working on, and it was valuable to hear the different perspectives and shared experiences of others.

I couldn’t have done all of this on my own. I had been dabbling in various areas of Health/Self Development for a while, but I’d reached a roadblock to how far I could go myself.

Before joining the program, I had let my health go after getting married and having a baby. I was feeling overweight, lacking energy, and had some self destructive habits that were impacting me and my family. I was super stressed out from running a small business, and constantly getting sick and run down. This was all having an impact on my self confidence as well my relationship with my wife and daughter.

The main fear I had about joining the program was the financial investment involved and if it would be worth it. In the end I decided to go with my instinct and the recommendation of a friend who knew Luke and spoke very highly of him and his work. I accepted that the risk of not taking action was far greater and I would do everything I could to get the most value out of it all.

There were so many incredible learnings, but for me the work around understanding my mind, Vision and Values was profound and gave me a lot of clarity around my meaning and purpose and what brings me true, lasting happiness. It has given me a much greater awareness of my priorities in life and that in turn has helped me to make much better/clearer decisions that align with my values. Also how to build and break habits. I now feel more in control of my daily habits aligned to my true self, goals and visions which then builds momentum for other positive outcomes. And the ‘Super Sleeper Protocol’ has been a game changer for my sleep with a young family.

There is also so much great content throughout! I got so much out of it (hence why I want to revisit all of it). Content of the activities and actions was all very relevant and created much more understanding of the desired learning.

Since doing the program, all areas of my health have improved (physical, mental, emotional and relational), and I’ve made strong progress on the key goals I had coming in: Sleep Better, Have More Energy, Be Stronger/Fitter, Feel More Motivated and Thinking More clearly and focused.

Overall I have a much better ability to handle stress and am far more calm and resilient under pressure. My level of self awareness and self control has improved, and my relationship to alcohol and habits around it have massively changed for the better.

My relationship with my wife has strengthened as has my connection with my daughter, and there has also been a flow on effect from the work I have done with other key Men in my life e.g. friends, Dad.

I’ve also got my mojo back for fitness, and have started to recapture the love and consistency again (something I used to really value and prioritize). And mentally I am less moody, less depressed and more decisive. And have a much more positive and purposeful outlook on life and work moving forward.

The experience with Luke as a coach was great! I felt very comfortable and open in the coaching relationship and although at times felt like I was letting him down I realised that it was his job to hold me accountable to the commitments I made. Luke’s communication, measurement of KPIs and feedback on growth throughout the course was excellent. And he really listened to us during group calls, gave feedback and built a strong, safe space.

And I loved everything about the group component of the program, and think it was a very important part of the process to learn from others' experiences and perspectives. Also gave me a lot of strength and a differing perspective to some of my own challenges.

I definitely could not have figured this all out or done it all on my own!
